
Group fitness is an excellent way to lose weight and meet new people. USF Recreation & Wellness offers free group exercise classes on campus. The classes offered by USF Recreation & Wellness range from Total Body strength to yoga. The instructors are nationally certified, and they will provide a challenging yet rewarding workout for all levels of fitness. No matter what level you are, there is a class suitable for you.

The gym will remain open to the public. Group Fitness classes via Microsoft Teams will be available online. The schedule will be posted here, as well as any other important information.
